Project Overview
· Identifying and engaging key Entitlement briefing and Compensation Agreement (EBCA) stakeholders at the region, district, ward, village and community levels.
· De-risking PAPs to facilitate smooth EBCA exercise
· Identifying vulnerable PAPs and analyzing levels of vulnerability for providing appropriate support to facilitate all PAPs participate in the EBCA exercise.
· Mobilizing local authorities, PAPs and other affected institutions to participate in the EBCA
· Supporting PAPs to get supportive documents for participating the EBCA, such as death certificates for deceased relatives, spouses, Power of Attorney and spouse Consent.
· Planning, coordinating and organizing PAPs meetings for de-risking and EBCA scheduling.
· Supporting Vulnerable group to attend the whole EBCA exercise including picking them to the EBCA exercise area.
· Facilitating trainings to PAPs on financial literacy and entrepreneurship while ensuring inclusivity of all vulnerable groups.
· Producing narrative reports on daily basis with data disaggregation.
· Analyzing risks and proposing management strategies for compliance with project H3SE standards.
· Recording and preparing payments for Stakeholders such as the Government Local Leaders.
· Linking Project affected person who don’t have bank account with bank.
· Search for No-show Project affected person and unknown
· Participating in operation meetings with all EBCA team coordinated by EACOP.
