ABOUT OUR COMPANY
PROPERTY MATRIX CO. LTD, popularly going by its acronym PML is a limited liability company incorporated under Cap. 212 of the Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania with Certificate of incorporation No. 14583 issued in 1987. Its main objective is to provide consultancy services in Valuation of all types of assets (including computerization of Fixed Assets Register, Property management, Property development and Project appraisals).
PML is an enterprise owned by Tanzanians comprising four directors and several staff. All the directors are professionals in their respective fields of specialization, which invariably, are land-related. Thus, the practice is owned by a Valuation and Land Surveying experts. The policy at Property Matrix is that ownership of the firm must remain with professionals who are active as consultants so that both individually and as a team, they can fully and wholeheartedly devote their time and energy to serving clients.
PML is committed to technical excellence and client satisfaction in all the works it embarks upon. We have therefore set ourselves rigid performance standards in-order to guarantee that client interests are paramount in all projects undertaken. As aforementioned, PML has over Thirty-six years (36) in the practice of Valuation, Land Administration, Land Survey & GIS, environmental and socio-economic baseline surveys and it is manned by professionals of long standing in the employment of the Government and affiliated institutions. Since its foundation, PML Consulting always followed international standards (IFC and ISO) and best practices in service provision and internal operations. During our work we develop and adapt these International methodologies to the local situation in order to provide a well-balanced equilibrium between the rigour of a methodology and common sense. Our quality standards are based on the ISO 9001:2015 (Quality management), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational, Health and Safety) ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) standards against which PML is audited by certified external auditors (Tanzania OSHA) on a yearly basis. PML’s quality management system is established according to the ISO 9001 standard (which is part of the ISO 9000 family) and is certified since 2023, updated according to ISO 9001:2015 standard. The ISO 9001:2015 standard sets out the requirements of a quality management system, and it helps to ensure that clients get consistent and good quality services
